Marden Edwards has recently designed, manufactured and installed an automatic in line pack buffer storage system. The purpose of an in line buffer is to ensure that high line efficiencies are maintained if a downstream machine stops production.

Marden Edwards launches new low cost overwrapper

Marden Edwards, one of the world’s major suppliers of overwrapping machinery, has just launched a brand new overwrapper – the Evo-Fold. The Evo-Fold has been designed as an entry level, fully automatic overwrapping machine capable of speeds up to 45 packs per minute. Typical applications that the machine has been designed for include the wrapping of tea, confectionery, cosmetic and tobacco products.

Internal Shrink Tightener is a Neat Fit

Marden Edwards Limited, the UK based manufacturer of overwrapping and shrinkwrapping systems, has recently supplied its first overwrapper to incorporate an integrated shrink tightening system fitted within the frame of the machine.

Raising the bar on Overwrapping Quality

Having already made inroads into the French cosmetics and toiletries industries with the TM85 trailing edge overwrapper, Marden Edwards has launched the TM100 to produce the same excellent wrap quality on a greater range of carton sizes.
