Based in Wimborne, United Kingdom, Marden Edwards operates from two purpose built factories from where its equipment is designed, manufactured, assembled and supported.
It is a measure of the reliability and lasting quality of the machinery that many of the early machines produced more than 40 years ago are still in production.

In 2001 Marden Edwards purchased Petri Verpackungssysteme in Germany providing a German manufacturing base. Petri build high speed Overwrapping and cartoning machines which are now integrated into the Marden Edwards range.

In 2004 Marden Edwards purchased Wraps UK, a British company which manufactures and distributes automatic and manual shrink wrapping machinery.
